What are your booking T’s and C’s?

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we do, please send an enquiry and we will respond within 24 hours.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we can not accept pets.
Do you allow smoking?
Unfortunately all of our properties are strictly no smoking environments.
Are any of your properties shared spaces?
No, they are all individual properties.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes a deposit of £150 is required at the point of booking and is fully refunded 7 days after departure subject to housekeeping review.
Can we order deliveries to the property?
Yes you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Fully refunded if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival. Learn more in our terms and conditions policy.
When making a reservation how much do I pay upfront?
Full payment is required at the point of booking.
Is my booking protected?
Yes your booking is protected as per our payment terms and conditions. We are also registered with the ICO.
When is check in and check out?
CHECK IN is strictly from 3:00pm for ALL guests unless prior approval has been agreed with us.
GUESTS FOUND CHECKING IN EARLY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKED OUT BY 11:00am at the latest for cleaning to take place.
Can I get early check in/late check out?
We endeavour to assist whenever possible. If these service are available there is an additional fee of £35. Please contact us.
Can Sambridge Stays assist with any additional services throughout my trip?
Absolutely, we can assist tourist information, attraction ticket bookings, transport, celebration packages and much more. Please let us know you requirements by contacting us.
